Apply, convince your chapter and apply! Take the challenge of hosting Winter School - an international, high-profile, oikos event. Big dose of independence, chance to tailor it according to your own vision, everything backed with strong support from oikos International.

2012 will be the year of 9^th edition of Winter School. It’s a 6 day long coaching program directed to 25 outstanding students, committed to fighting the social, economic and ecologic challenges around the globe. It’s aim is to foster skills, provide knowledge and feedback for beginning entrepreneurs striving to develop their initial projects of  ‘sustainable enterprises’.

 

We are looking for...

 

A team that will be responsible for the whole of the organizing, with support from oikos International, including:

·      Project proposal – an inspired vision of Winter School, including a program of workshops, lectures, discussions and networking opportunities

·      Participants and speakers – selecting and inviting students and speakers, taking care of all the logistics and accommodation

·      Fundraising – contacts and negotiations with sponsors, supported by a seed donation from oikos, with a goal of a financially sustainable event and the opportunity to raise funds for a chapter,

·      Marketing – communication and promotion

·      Follow-up – protocol of experiences and support for next organizing team
